How To Pay For Tickets

Credit card, Pay-Easy service and convenience store payments are accepted.

Payment With Credit Card

  • Payment is completed online.
  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Diners credit cards are accepted.
  • Credit card number, security code and other personal information is submitted via a secure connection with SSL encryption. Please read "About the Security Code" for details.
  • This information is highly protected and the payment system operates in strict compliance with all rules and regulations governing credit card security. Please read our “Privacy Policy” for details.
  • The total charges of the purchase (tickets, postage, etc. will be withdrawn automatically from the account designated by the customer, in accordance with the terms of membership of the credit card company.
  • Please note that the payment by installments is not allowed.
  • Cancellation after the completion of the payment transaction is not allowed.

Payment With Pay-Easy

What is Pay-Easy?Pay-Easy

Pay-Easy allows the payment of utility charges, taxes and other service charges through financial institution automatic teller machines (ATMs), personal computers (Internet banking) and mobile phones (mobile banking). The Pay-Easy payment procedure may be completed simply with the entry of Purchase Confirmation Details or the Receiving Organization Number, Customer Number and Verification Number received in a purchase confirmation e-mail into an ATM or personal computer. This identifies the payment to be made; there is no need to enter data on the payee account or payment value.

  • * Payment is accepted at bank ATMs featuring the Pay-Easy mark.
  • * Pay-Easy service via a PC or mobile phone requires Internet or mobile banking registration at the financial institution of the account holder.
  • * Receiving Organization Number is NOT an account number.
  • There is no handling charge for customers using Pay-Easy to purchase tickets reserved through the National Theatre online reservation system. Using the Pay-Easy service at an ATM may incur an after-hours service fee, depending on the time of day the purchase is made. Please note that transaction terms may differ by banking institution. Please contact your bank for further details.

How To Pay

  • After the completion of order, your Payment Deadline, Receiving Organization Number, Customer Number and Verification Number will be displayed on the “Order Details” screen. This information also will be sent to you via a purchase confirmation e-mail.
  • Please pay by the payment deadline via a bank ATM or Internet banking.
  • * Please note that payment will not be accepted after the payment deadline, and all reservations made will be cancelled.

Payment options

1.ATM

Payment may be made with cash or bank card at an ATM displaying the Pay-Easy logo. These ATMs may be found at Japan Post, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Mizuho Bank, Resona Bank, Saitama Resona Bank and other financial institutions.

  1. Check the Order Details or the Receiving Organization Number, Customer Number and Verification Number received in the purchase confirmation e-mail.
  2. Press the "Payment (Pay-Easy)" button on the ATM screen. Press the "Manual Entry" button on the bank transfer payment screen.
  3. Enter the receiving bank code, customer code and confirmation number. Next, press the "Confirm" button.
  4. Check the values shown on the screen, then press the "Confirm" button.
  5. Place cash in the ATM deposit receiving box.
  6. The payment procedure is now complete.

Important Notes

  • A handling charge may be required by some banking institutions, depending on the time of the transaction.
  • The maximum amount of cash accepted at an ATM is 100,000yen. The limit for bank card payment or Internet banking varies according to the terms of service of the customer’s particular financial institution.

2.Internet Banking

Payment may be made using the Internet banking service menu.

  • *Requires an Internet banking account at a financial institution.
  • *The name of the service menu may vary by institution.
  1. Check the Order Details or the Receiving Organization Number, Customer Number and Verification Number shown in the purchase confirmation e-mail.
  2. Log into your Internet banking account and press the "Payment of Taxes and Other Charges" button with the Pay-Easy logo.
  3. Enter the receiving bank code, customer code and confirmation number.
  4. Check the payment information, then press the "Pay" button.
  5. The payment procedure is now complete.

Payment At A Convenience Store

  • After ticket reservation is completed, your payment deposit form will be sent to your mailing address.
  • Upon receipt, please pay by the payment deadline shown on the form at a convenience store cashier.
    * Please note that payment will no longer be accepted after the payment deadline, and all reservations made will be cancelled.
  • After payment, you will receive the "Payment Receipt (Customer Copy)" with the receipt stamp of the store. This serves as admission ticket. Please present this receipt at the theater for admission to the performance.
  • A handling charge of 200yen per ticket is required.
  • In the case of paying with more than one payment deposit form, please make sure that all the forms are stamped.

Important Notes On Payment

  • After the completion of ticket order,none of these are acceptable:changing payment method, cancellation or change of ticket and refund of ticket price.
  • Your purchase confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered during the ticket ordering process.You can also confirm your application details at purchase history page.(after logging in, [Purchase History] button will be displayed at the top of page.)
  • In case of error in ticket order process, please make sure of the order state by checking whether a confirmaion e-mail is sent or not and at there is the purchase history at purchase history page.
  • For credit card ticket orders, the billing entity for the purchase will be shown as "KOKURITSU GEKIJO TICKET" on your credit card statement.
  • Credit card payments may not be made in installments.
  • For Pay-Easy transactions, the handling agent for the Ticket Center is TransferNet Corporation.
  • Ticket ordering and purchasing are bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy herein.
