What should I do when my purchase is completed or a purchase suspended?

Is it possible to open multiple windows when making purchases?

The screen says "Operation time has expired." What does this mean?
This page is shown when operations have been suspended for a certain period of time. In this case, return to the home page to start the procedure again.
However, if the error message shows after pressing [Checkout] button, please check whether the procedure has been completed by viewing the e-mail showing the order details that you received at your registered e-mail address.
This also may happen when the settings of your browser do not comply with the specifications recommended. Please check your browser settings.
The screen says "The system is presently not available due to high level of congestion." What does this mean?

The screen says "Transmission error, has occurred." What does this mean?
