I am concerned about security when entering my credit card information.
For protection and control of personal information, 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption is used when personal information is involved.
Customer information such as credit card number, etc., are protected from third-party deciphering and transmitted securely to the Japan Arts Council computer system. Privacy Policy
I don't see anything on my screen. Why?

What should I do when my purchase is completed or a purchase suspended?
When your purchase was completed or should be suspended, please click "Exit (Back to Home)" button or "Home (Logout)" button.
If you want to stop the order after selecting your seat, click "Cancel" button.
Is it possible to open multiple windows when making purchases?
Opening multiple windows is not recommended because it may cause a malfunction in the ticket purchase process. Please avoid using the tab-browser, too.
The screen says "The current session has expired. Please go back to HOME to start again." What does this mean?
This page is shown when operations have been suspended for a certain period of time (15 minutes or longer). In this case, return to the home page to start the procedure again.
However, if the error message shows after pressing "Confirm your order" button, please check whether the procedure has been completed by viewing the e-mail showing the order details that you received at your registered e-mail address.
This also may happen when the settings of your browser do not comply with the specifications recommended. Please check your browser settings.
The screen says "RequestSite is orver MAXSESSION" What does this mean?
Please note that access may be restricted when a large number of users are trying to access the system at the same time. Please try again later.
The screen says "Failed to complete procedure. Please close your browser and start again." What does this mean?
This may be caused by a communication problem resulting from network conditions or other factors. Please return to the home page and start the procedure over.

The screen says "The input content of the Payment information is incorrect." "The expiry date is incorrect." "The security code is incorrect." What does this mean?
Please check for an error in the credit card number, expiry date and security code you have entered.
The credit card number must be entered in half-width Arabic numerals. Enter all digits shown on the credit card, excluding hyphens.
