Which credit card can I use to pay for the tickets?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.
Q: Is it possible to use an installment or revolving payment plan rather than a one-time payment with a credit card?
We accept only one-time payments with credit cards.
Is it possible to change the address for ticket delivery?
The delivery address may not be changed after the ticket order has been completed.
Is it possible to change the payment method?
The payment method may not be changed after the ticket order has been completed.
I'm not able to pay with my credit card. Why?
The credit card information entered by the customer undergoes approval by the credit card issuing company. Please check the data entered for error. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact your credit card company.
There is an error message on the credit card payment screen.
If an error message is displayed on screen, please note the message and report it to us using the inquiry form.
Telephone inquiries are accepted by the Website Inquiry Office at 03-3265-6073 (weekdays between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.).
Please acknowledge that the lines may be busy during certain periods.
The tickets I have purchased have not arrived.
Ticket delivery usually takes about five days. If the tickets do not arrive one week after your order, please contact the Ticket Centre at 0570-07-9900 (between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.).
Do you issue a customer receipt for credit card payment?
We regret that we are not able to issue a customer receipt for credit card payment, because credit card payment is made online.
Do you issue receipts?
Receipts are not issued through this Web site.
How can we confirm the details of our order?
The order details will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address registered during the ticket ordering procedure.
The screen does not show my order number after I press [Checkout] button.
The order number should be displayed after you press [Checkout] button. If it does not appear, this may be because of the settings of your PC or the network environment. To prevent duplicate purchases, please wait and see if an e-mail showing the order details arrives at the registered e-mail address before starting the procedure again.
Is change/cancellation of the purchase possible? Also, does the cooling-off rule apply?
Once payment is completed, change or cancellation is not allowed. The value of the ticket purchase will be withdrawn even when you do not issue the tickets at Box Office or do not attend the event. The cooling-off rule does not apply to tickets purchased through this Web site.
Is it possible to specify the date and time of ticket delivery?
We do not offer such delivery service.
Is there a deadline for ticket issuance with Ticket Machine at Box Office?
Since the ticket is already paid for, it may be issued any time, even after the performance time and date has passed, as long as the machine is in operation.
What is security code?
The security code is three or four digits number which appears on each credit card and is not your card number . Please read "About the Security Code" for details
