Receiving tickets from Ticket Machine
Tickets may be received quickly and easily by inserting the credit card used for the payment in any Ticket Machine at Box Office in the venues of National Theatre of Japan.
You may pick your ticket(s) up at any time from the date of purchase to the performance date (excluding July 1 and New Year holidays).
No additional charge is required for this service.
Delivery to Mailing Address
The options for receiving tickets are delivery of the tickets ordered or mailing of the payment deposit form, which also serves as a ticket after payment.
Ticket Mailing (Postage per order : 600yen)
Tickets will be delivered to the mailing address designated in the ticket order.
Tickets will be delivered at a charge of 600yen per order.
* The service charge is per order and not per ticket.
• Time Required For Delivery
Your tickets should be delivered within about 5 days after payment. If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, an absence notice will be posted in the customer's mailbox and the ticket will be retained by the courier service for 1 week under normal circumstances. Please consult the courier service to arrange re-delivery.
Tickets left for more than 1 week with the courier service will be returned to the National Theatre Ticket Centre. If the tickets are returned to the National Theatre Ticket Centre, the customer will be contacted for receiving the tickets at Box Office.
If the tickets have not arrived after 1 week of the purchase date, please contact the National Theatre Ticket Centre.

Payment Deposit Form and tickets will be delivered by postal service to the mailing address designated in the ticket order.
A service charge of 200yen per ticket is required.
After payment at the convenience store, you will receive the "Payment Receipt (Customer Copy)" with the receipt stamp of the store. This serves as your ticket. Please present this receipt at the theater for admission to the performance.

Please understand that the amount of time between the arrival of the payment deposit form and the payment deadline may be short, depending on postal delivery times and other factors.
